Quran is above all doubts because it is the Word of God (Allah), but, we need proof for all claims by people.
What is the scientific website? research center name? of the Japanese researchers?
How did they know Dr. Taha and why did they ask for his help?
What is the name(s) of the Japanese who have became Muslim?
Where an we find Dr. Taha (No reference in Al-Azhar, nor the internet, except in this topic)
I agree very much with the comment (3) above.
I went searching the web for Dr. Taha, and the only reference to this (supposed to be a dean and a doctor) is on this topic only “Strange , huh?”
The MT’s referred to are Protiens that help the body to get rid of poisonous heavy metal, this protien is produced by all living cells in Humans all the way down to Moulds (Algae), and it was never mentioned that it can be improved by (Figs Nor Olives Alone), it is improved by Sulphur and Vitamins found in Fruits and Vegitables.
For the Article to be honest all missing innformation have to be known.
(We do not need fabricated stories to improve our Faith)

I searched Google for Metallothionein but I could not find any reference to such research about the benefits of figs and olives. Such stories of scientific discoveries that supposedly verify the Quran should be accomplished by accurate references that can looked up and verified. otherwise such stories lose credibility and would not be taken seriously.

Since Dr Taha Ibrahim is a researcher, he should know that listing his resources and the name of the Jap. research team and the its president is essential to support his claim. This aricle makes no scientific sense unless more sources are provided.

Another thing, if this is true, the hard work is done by the Jap. team not by Dr. Taha Ibrahim. Still I would like to see a real link to the Jap. team and their research findings.

Salamu Alaikum, Brothers and sisters I am with the comment from Believer, such news cant be passed and we start talking about it world wide without having more details and facts .. who is Dr. Ibrahim Khalifa and where is that Japanese team … etc
None Muslims start making jokes on us coz we always send news without any proof
